Kaitlyn Bathel, LEP
I provide counseling services for children and teens with a focus on building practical coping skills to manage emotions and behavior. My goal is to help young people feel confident, capable, and empowered to make positive decisions while developing a strong and healthy sense of self.

I use a solution-focused, problem-solving approach grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy and am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I work closely with clients to identify effective personal coping strategies and support them in applying those skills to manage stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional challenges. I also teach executive functioning skills and address concerns related to body image, self-esteem, confidence, and developing a healthy relationship with food.
In addition to counseling, I provide psychoeducational evaluations and enjoy helping youth and families better understand how they learn. I specialize in evaluations for ADHD, autism, and learning differences, including dyslexia, and partner with families to support success both in and out of school.
