I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and young adults as they explore identity, navigate generational trauma, and cope with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and depression. Together, we work to build emotional resilience and create space for deeper understanding, healing, and growth.

My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from Family Systems, Narrative, Relational–Cultural, and Feminist frameworks, and incorporate skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). This approach allows us to examine both personal experiences and the broader systems that shape them, while building practical tools for everyday life.

 

I specialize in Latinx and LGBTQIA2S+ mental health. As a queer Latinx clinician, I am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care. I strive to make therapy accessible and to honor the privilege of walking alongside my clients in their journeys toward self-understanding and empowerment.
