Leslie Magidow, LMFT
My goal is to support clients ages 5–25 in learning how to make healthy, positive decisions and to develop a strong, confident sense of self as they move toward their future. I recognize that no single therapeutic approach works for everyone, which is why I take an individualized, flexible approach to care.

I believe in a wraparound model of support that considers the whole person — including family, school, peer relationships, and other environmental factors that influence growth and well-being. Therapy is not just about the child; it’s about understanding and supporting the systems around them as well.

I strive to create a space where both clients and parents feel heard, understood, and supported. No one should feel alone in the process. I walk alongside my clients as they build practical tools and skills they can carry with them long into the future.
I also work closely with parents, offering guidance, practical strategies, and ongoing support. Parenting can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges. I partner with parents to strengthen communication, build effective behavior supports, and increase confidence in their parenting approach. Together, we create consistent, supportive environments that help children and teens thrive both at home and in the community.
